Abstract
The autonomy and responsibility of entrepreneurship creates a unique interface for work and non-work activities. Many questions exist on how these boundaries are navigated by minority entrepreneurs. Data from a sample of Black female entrepreneurs suggests a variety of boundary management approaches are used to maintain life and career satisfaction.
