Abstract
Affordances are the perceived uses of an object or possible actions that an object suggests. Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are often preoccupied with objects or object parts. We hypothesized that ASD severity would be positively associated with an increased number of object affordances. Findings supported the hypothesis.
