Abstract

The current study examined the associations between the Dark Triad personality traits (psychopathic, Machiavellian, and narcissistic) and sexual behavior. Results revealed unique relationships between each of the Dark Triad traits and sexual behavior after controlling for sexual fantasy, implicating the importance of personality styles for understanding sexual preferences.
