An Analysis of the Interpersonal Facet of Psychopathy and Instrumental Violence

This study analyzed the relationship between two measures of psychopathy and their ability to predict the use of instrumental violence. Specifically, the Interpersonal Measure of Psychopathy was found to predict instrumental violence above and beyond the prediction of the Psychopathy Checklist-Revised alone, thus demonstrating incremental validity for the IM-P.
