Abstract
This study examines daily associations between alcohol consumption and sleep quality in co-sleeping romantic couples. For 7 days, partners self-reported alcohol consumption and wore actigraphs each night. Men's sleep quality was positively associated with their own alcohol consumption and negatively associated with their partner's consumption; no associations emerged for women.
