Abstract
Sexual minority youth (mean age 17.15 years) reported more frequent common physical health symptoms (e.g., headache, cough, stomachache) over the past 6 months compared to heterosexual youth. Among sexual minority youth, minority stress experiences (e.g., victimization based on sexual orientation) predicted more frequent symptoms.
