Abstract

We trained participants with either a Flight-simulation (FSG) or a First-Person-Shooting game (FPSG) for 10 hours and tested their spatial cognition before and after the training. Compared with the inactive control group, both FPSG and FSG group showed larger improvement in the Mental Rotation Test, but not the Paper-folding Test.
