Abstract

To examine the effect of self-efficacy on decision-making outcomes, a survey was administered to a sample of 284 undergraduate students from a university in the USA. Result of our study shows that decision-making self-efficacy positively influences regret experienced, and the effect was mediated by rational and avoidant decision styles.
