Abstract
The attrition of a cohort of EMT students (n = 146) was tracked across multiple certification hurdles. Less than a third sat for, and passed, the national registry examination, and even fewer registered with the state agency. None of the Big Five traits predicted these outcomes (Bayes Factors < 2).
