Abstract
Our study aimed to investigate the importance of proximal and distal predictors of training transfer. The cross-sectional, survey-based data collection was conducted in 14 large companies. The results highlighted the relatively low importance of the distal antecedents and confirmed the proximal predictors’ high impact on the application of learned techniques.
