Grit and Job Satisfaction: The Role of Goal-Job Congruence and Socioeconomic Status

This study investigated the relationship between grit and job satisfaction among 269 employees. Results demonstrated that the positive relationship between grit and job satisfaction was partially mediated by goal-job congruence. Additionally, the effect of grit on goal-job congruence was found to be significant only among workers with low socioeconomic status(SES).
