Abstract
Abusive supervision tends to result in an adverse effect on the employees’ behaviors and their commitment to their organization. Negative silence also mediates the relationship between abusive supervision and employees’ work-related behaviors (i.e., task performance and OCB) and attitude (i.e., organizational commitment).
