Coaching Behavior and Athlete Success in Collegiate Sports

This study aimed to determine the relationship between perceived coaching behaviors and an athlete’s motivation in their sport, their mental toughness, and the perceived success of the team. Results highlight that athletes who perceive their coaches as exhibiting bullying behaviors have a lower perception of success of their team.
