Clinician Identified Facilitators and Barriers in Meeting Certification Requirements for an Evidence-Based Treatment Based for Substance Abuse and Co-Occurring Problems

Contrary to previous literature, descriptive analyses found clinicians who identified more facilitators had the least amount of progress towards their certification whereas, more barriers were related to more progress. Increased facilitators were related to more clients, but less sessions; while more barriers were related to less clients and more sessions.
