Perceived Stress and Workplace Violence in Relation to Quality of Work Life of Health Workers in Psychiatric Hospitals: The Moderating Role of Gender

Abstract
This study investigated the extent to which perceived stress and workplace violence are related with quality of work life of 125 psychiatric health workers. Results indicated that perceived stress and workplace violence significantly led to poor quality of work life of psychiatric hospital health workers in females than in males.
