Abstract

This study compares the emotional intelligence of young adults from two countries Kygyzstan and the USA. Contrary to previous cross-cultural research, there were few differences. Lack of findings are discussed in context of culture, recent historical events and similarities in the college experiences of Kyrgyz and USA young adults.
