Abstract

The relationship between personality traits and vocational interest was examined. Participants (N = 50) completed the FFM, Holland Code, a questionnaire indicating their desired vocation. Results show a strong relationship between the Holland Code and the questionnaire, as well as between particular aspects of the FFM and the Holland Code.
