Abstract
Professional organizations such as SHRM, SIOP and ATD have emphasized workforce diversity. However, there is discrepancy in the level of diversity in these organizations’ media representation. Two studies were conducted to assess diversity in these fields. Results indicate that Caucasians dominate these fields but gender diversity has improved.
