Abstract

OMEGA is an easy-to-use computational tool for SPSS and SAS that estimates the reliability of data generated from multi-item measurement scales. In just one line of code, OMEGA obtains McDonald's Omega (among other things) and provides researchers a way to abandon Cronbach's alpha as the predominant measure of reliability.
