Abstract
The U.S. Army is identifying novel ways to manage negative social behaviors among enlisted ranks. As part of a larger effort, interviews were held with non-commissioned officers (NCOs) to identify types of behavior and how they differ from behaviors seen in civilian organizations. Behaviors, instigators, outcomes, and interventions are discussed.
