Abstract

Based upon the prominence of the Freeman et al. (2014) meta-analysis as support for changing courses from lecture-based to active learning-based, we examined the accuracy/inaccuracy of (a) how others cited Freeman et al. (2014) and (b) the claims made based on this meta-analysis.
