Abstract
We investigated the impact of attachment style and trust on job performance. Findings indicate that both trust and felt trust mediate the relationship between attachment anxiety and self-report OCBs (N = 436). Also, attachment anxiety and avoidance interacted such that low levels of both resulted in higher trust in supervisor.
