To the Means or to the Ends: Goal Focus in Adolescent Goal Performance

Goal focus, defined as framing a goal in terms of its process or outcome, has been linked to adaptive goal pursuit in adult samples, but is understudied in adolescence. The purpose of this work is to explore the role of adolescent goal focus in goal pursuit, backup planning and performance.
