Abstract

This study examines the etiology of ADHD-related reading problems in children. Teacher-reported ADHD concerns were obtained and participants completed measures of reading abilities, sustained attention, and impulsivity. Findings suggest that sustained impulsivity and attention concerns are related to lower- and higher-level reading abilities, respectively. Clinical/research implications will be discussed.
