Abstract
Telepressure, the urge to quickly responding to work-related messages functions as a job demand, as constant connection to work drains cognitive and affective resources and hinders recovery. This research found significant relationships between telepressure and sleep, burnout, anxiety, and negative affect, and an interaction effect with anxiety in predicting CWB.
