Abstract
Predictive processing describes how an individual resolves differences between expected and actual outcomes in the individual’s environment. We identified U.S. Army leaders who excel at predictive processing, and the mechanisms that enable exemplary predictive processing. Our findings clarify ways to accelerate the development of predictive processing in future Army leaders.
