Internal Locus of Control As an Antecedent to Time Management

Previous models of time management suggested that it leads to a perceived control of time, which then reduces stress. The present results suggest that perceived control of time is better conceptualized as a part of one’s personality, such as locus of control, and is an antecedent to time management use.
