Abstract
Using data from 263 Taiwanese employees across three different points in time, our results support that supervisor support would decrease employees’ acquiescent silence and defensive silence by way of perceived interactional justice. Moreover, commitment to supervisor and procedural justice served as distinct moderators for these two types of silence.
