A Broader Look at Sexual Harassment Proclivity

We address shortcomings of existing sexual harassment measures based on theory and existing taxonomies. Across three studies (N = 905), we empirically identified two latent dimensions of harassment—coerciveness and persistence—and explored correlations with a range of constructs, including sexual dominance, adversarial sexual beliefs, and sadism.
