Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to assess the role of the Big Five personality traits in predicting acculturation in Hispanic/Latino college students; a population growing at an exponential rate. The results suggest that extraversion and agreeableness play an important role in the acculturation process of Hispanic/Latino emerging adults.
