Abstract
An in-person study with increased recruitment for depression (N=75) found that anhedonia was positively related to stressful recent events (SREs), but only when regulation of positive or negative affect in the face of stress was low. Thus, affect regulation in stressful times is key to whether SREs result in anhedonia.
