Abstract
A preclinical drug discrimination procedure was conducted to evaluate compounds for antipsychotic-like stimulus effects. The findings revealed that the typical antipsychotic drug perphenazine and the atypical antipsychotic drug clozapine exhibited chlorpromazine-like stimulus effects, whereas neither of these compounds or the third generation antipsychotic drug aripiprazole exhibited clozapine-like effects.
