Abstract
Students' mental health problems may affect academic performance. In this study college students were adversely affected in terms of sleep, stress, psychological complaints, and quality of life. Females suffered more than male students, but still achieved better grades. Psychological counseling and support programs help to prevent mental health problems early-on.
