Abstract
The study explored the influences of gender, political affiliation, and color-blind racial attitudes on racial bias in job applicant evaluations. Participants evaluated job applicants (a White male and a Black male) with identical qualifications. Results revealed that participants who rated the applicants more similarly were less biased.
