Work-Family Self-Efficacy Predicting Job Self-Efficacy in Returning Working Parents

Abstract
This study aims to investigate how work-family self-efficacy predictors impact job self-efficacy in working women and men. Enactive mastery, vicarious experience, and physiological states related to work-family self-efficacy were found to be significantly correlated with job self-efficacy in both men and women.
