Procedural Justice and Safety Reporting Culture: A Moderated Mediation Model of Cynicism and Work Types (front vs back)

Abstract
This study examined the importance of procedural justice in safety reporting culture using a sample of major airline company in Korea. Our results suggest procedural justice tends to lower cynicism, which is positive for reinforcing safety reporting culture. This relationship was stronger for front-office workers relative to back-office.
