Abstract
Executive functions (EF) are critical to students’ behavior, emotional regulation, and academic performance. There is a paucity of research on the effects of mindfulness on children’s EF. This study tested the effects of mindfulness on second grade students’ EF. Results confirmed that mindfulness improved students’ EF (e.g., working memory).
