Abstract
Suicide is a leading cause of death among U.S. youth. Sound assessment of suicide history/risk in adolescents is essential. We examined the reliability, validity, and inter-informant agreement of an updated version of the Self-Injurious Thoughts and Behaviors Interview in adolescents and their parents, with particular focus on suicidal ideation.
