Abstract

We examined students’ participation in, perceptions of, and success with a university-promoted, 15-day, self-care program. Students higher in conscientiousness and confidence in their ability to complete the tasks were most likely to engage in the program. Perceptions of task benefits, conscientiousness, and self-efficacy predicted students’ success during the program itself.
