Abstract
This study investigates relationships between mindfulness, perfectionism, and regret. In the control condition, high perfectionists experienced more regret than low perfectionists. After a brief mindfulness induction, high perfectionists experienced less regret than low perfectionists. This suggests that mindfulness may mitigate perfectionists’ experiences of regret.
