Effects of Work Avoidance Goal on Subjective Well-Being through Subjective Task Values?

This purpose was to verify effects of work avoidance goal (WA) on subjective well-being (SWB) through subjective task values (STV). STV were special situational. Then, achievement goals were trait. So, did achievement goals affect STV? 830 labors participated this research. As results, WA effected STV significantly. STV effected SWB.
