Abstract
Georgia recently instated a law prohibiting touching a cellphone while driving. This study assessed the psychological factors that predicted college students' compliance with said law. We found that anxiety, attitudes about cellphone usage while driving, perceived self-control, and past experience were all predictors of students' compliance with Georgia's Hands-Free Law.
