Abstract
LGBTQ+ individuals experience elevated levels of psychopathology and psychosocial dysfunction. However, whether non-specialized mental health treatment is satisfactory for this population remains unclear. Treatment satisfaction was assessed in patients in an intensive partial hospitalization program. LGBTQ+ patients were less satisfied with several treatment outcomes than cis-gendered heterosexual counterparts.
