Baig Index of Agreement: Advancing Job Analysis in I-O Psychology

The increased flexibility of jobs has restructured the way employees work. One consequence of this is that I-O Psychology methods for job analysis may no longer be appropriate. This research presents a modification of the Blau index, an index used in the diversity literature, to advance job analysis procedures.
