Ethical Leadership and Team Creativity

Abstract
Current research explores the relationship between ethical leadership and team creativity. Using the sample of 55 teams, we found that ethical leadership is indirectly associated with team creativity through team identification. Furthermore, we also found that team level need for cognitive closure is a significant first stage moderator.
