High Versus Low Sensitivity: Differences in Affecitve Empathy

Empathy abilities are divided into affective and cognitive components. We found that high sensitive People, showing a strong environmental sensitivity, scored higher on affective empathic measures than low sensitive People, showing a weaker environmental sensitivity. Results showed no difference for high versus low sensitive people in cognitive empathic measures.
