Abstract

Resilience is linked to individuals' ability to adapt in healthy ways to changing circumstances. Phase I of his study found that high spirituality levels supported, but high technology use did not undermine, resilience in faith-based university and secondary samples. A Phase II (qualitative) study will follow in Spring 2020.
