Abstract

We examined the associations among indices of intelligence, critical-thinking, cognitive styles, and conspiratorial ideation (CI) in two samples comprising community and undergraduate participants. CI was negatively associated with indices of intelligence and critical-thinking whereas it was positively associated with dogmatism. Need for closure was not significantly related to CI.
