Abstract
Correlational analysis of parent responses on general and pathological trait inventories for children indicated a convergence of measures of personality pathology and general personality on higher-order domains of neuroticism, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. These results suggest highly overlapping “normal” and “abnormal” personality traits in youth, warranting further exploration of these associations.
