Psychological Flexibility Moderates the Relationship between Positive Affective Variability and End-of-Day Satisfaction

Abstract
Psychological flexibility—a trait that promotes adaptive responses to different situations—was found to moderate the relationship between positive affective instability and end-of-day satisfaction, such that flexible people reported less end-of-day satisfaction when affect was unstable than when it was stable.
